Pastor Ruffus Phala made his members in the congregation drink 'Jik' bleach in the church which left 6 members dead and 4 hospitalized. Six people died on Sunday after drinking Jik in church. It is also reported that four more are in critical condition and are currently in a hospital, the Limpopo Herald reports. The police in Limpopo are investigating an incident where people in Pastor Ruffus Phala’s church were made to drink Jik as a sign of having faith. It is said that the pastor randomly chose ten people from the congregation to demonstrate with. Unfortunately, out of the ten, six died after suffering stomach pains, four survived but are in a hospital. Police are still trying to locate the pastor who went missing on Sunday night. Sounds similar to Jim Jones in Guyana to me.
